Job Description

An opportunity to manage the Schools HUB Outreach team, planning and delivering an engaging programme for students in local secondary schools to inform them about post-16 pathways and courses, helping them to make informed decisions about their next steps. To liaise with careers leads and other staff within local schools to identify/create opportunities for engagement and support meeting of Gatsby benchmarks. To liaise with curriculum to identify, promote and arrange activities for local pupil engagements, including 14-16 programme. Activities in school could include careers fairs, assemblies, workshops and employability events. Activities in college could include campus tours, workshops, support of taster days and presentations. Evenings and occasional Saturday working hours.
