The Role:
As a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting students in Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support to boost understanding and engagement
Assisting teachers with practicals, lesson planning, and resource preparation
Building positive relationships with pupils, encouraging curiosity and confidence in the subject
Gaining invaluable classroom experience within a high-performing science department
