What do you need to be a successful Science Teacher at Activate Learning?




Successful candidates will possess an appropriate professional qualification and/or a degree, ideally with some teaching experience. While we prefer applications from qualified teachers with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, we are open to considering unqualified applicants who can inspire our learners and are willing to complete a teaching qualification.


Additionally, candidates must have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and, should demonstrate the ability to engage and develop students and exemplify the attributes we cultivate in our learners.

A genuine

passion for teaching

and strong subject expertise in

Chemistry

and

Biology

. Knowledge of Physics is a desirable.

Excellent communication

and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

inspire and motivate students

.

Commitment to student success

and the ability to create a supportive and

engaging learning environment

. Relevant

teaching qualifications and experience

in teaching science subjects. Enthusiasm for
