Science Teacher

to join our client Academy in Hastings.

The Role:

You will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and accessible Science lessons that inspire curiosity and build confidence. You'll work closely with a committed team of staff and support professionals to create a safe and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic Science lessons tailored to the needs of all students Develop strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and families Support students' emotional wellbeing alongside their academic progress Contribute to the wider school community and behaviour support strategies

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching Science at secondary level (KS3 and KS4) A genuine passion for working with students A flexible, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to teaching Strong classroom management and communication skills
