We require an exceptional Science specialist who is highly ambitious and will 'go above and beyond' to ensure the children make outstanding progress in Science.
The school officially opened in August 2024 and is part of the Community Inclusive Trust, a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
Applications are welcome from science teachers at all stages of their careers, including those new to the profession and those aiming for future career opportunities.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher who:
Has a strong understanding of SEMH needs and a commitment to inclusive education.
Can deliver engaging, adaptive lessons covering the secondary science curriculum.
Builds positive and trusting relationships with young people.
Works effectively as part of a small, supportive team.
Have high expectations of everyone within the school community
Have knowledge and understanding of effective behaviour management strategies and the ability to put these into practice
Be a passionate, hardworking, qualified Teacher
This role would suit both experienced teachers and those looking to take their first step into a specialist SEMH setting.
