Duties
Develop and implement individualised lesson plans based on each student's unique learning needs and goals.
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Educate students using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Communicate effectively with students and their families to track progress and address any concerns.
Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and motivation.
Monitor student performance and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Experience
Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is highly desirable, particularly with children.
Knowledge of special education practices is an advantage, enabling you to support diverse learning needs effectively.
Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with students and their families.
A background in education or related fields will be beneficial in understanding curriculum requirements and student development.
