We're looking for partners who can support one or more of the following:

Smart Lab Solutions

Lab digital strategy, technology audits, and operational improvements

Bespoke Scientific Solutions

Custom scientific support for complex or cross-disciplinary challenges

Research & Scientific Writing

Literature reviews, grant writing, regulatory documentation, white papers, etc.

Testing & Diagnostics

Lab analysis, method development, validation, and scientific interpretation

Procurement & Resourcing

Sourcing the right suppliers, labs, or scientific professionals for clients

Education & Training

Scientific CPD content, lab training programmes, or specialist skills delivery

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from:

UK Chartered Scientists (e.g. IBMS, RSB, RSC, IOM3, CITP, RSS, etc.) Or, experienced scientists working at an equivalent professional level
You should also:

Have a proven track record in delivering high-quality commercial or academic work Be confident working independently and directly with clients Communicate clearly and professionally Be organised, self-driven, and motivated by real-world scientific impact

What You'll Do as a Partner

Take on projects that match your expertise and availability Collaborate with other independent international scientists and professionals Deliver value-driven outcomes for our clients You will not be required to carry out any marketing

What We Offer

Remote, flexible work that fits your schedule 20-50 vetted total client leads per month from our growing pipeline Transparent, project-based collaboration 49% revenue share on each project (translating to approx.

49-196/hour

Important Notes

This is a business partnership opportunity and requires a contractual agreement.

It is not a salaried role. Earnings are based on profit-sharing and agreed fees per project.

You must be eligible to work on a self-employed or contract basis in the UK (or internationally if working remotely).

Preference will be given to candidates who are

UK Chartered Scientists

or equivalent, or eligible and actively working toward chartership.

Our projects are in

life sciences, diagnostics, digital health, biotechnology and related fields

. A strong background in one or more of these areas is required.

Pay: 49.00-196.00 per hour
