In this role, you will provide scientific and technical expertise across various R&D projects, contributing to the development of innovative research initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience with biotech products derived from human blood plasma, used to treat conditions such as immunodeficiencies, coagulation disorders, and critical care.

Duties & Responsibilities -

To demonstrate competency in a broad range of Bioprocessing techniques. To perform experimental work that advances agreed project(s) within R&D To review and analyse experimental results and make recommendations for next steps/optimisations. To communicate information clearly and logically in technical reports and present data to the wider R&D team. To assist in the maintenance of laboratory resources, including but not limited to, assisting in the calibration and maintenance of key equipment and maintenance of stocks of key reagents/solutions.

Skills to help you in the role:

Skills and abilities - Good verbal and written communication Proactive and organised, able to deliver work to deadlines. Technical potential



Knowledge and experience - Knowledge of protein purification Knowledge of H&S when working in a lab environment Understanding of proteins



Training and education - Relevant degree such as Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology or Biosciences. Evidence of practical lab training during degree &/or projects. Able to use MS Office packages.
