We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scottish Solicitor to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scottish law and the Personal Injury process, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The role will involve:
Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury
Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients
Negotiating settlements with insurers
Representing clients in court
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Scottish solicitor
2+ years' experience in personal injury law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills:
Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, inclusive of RTA, Credit Hire, EL and Clinical negligence.
Good understanding of credit/debt hire controls
Use of Proclaim
