Burton Brothers Ltd supply ready mix concrete and screed in the Warwickshire/ Northamptonshire area. Located just outside Rugby, we are currently seeking a new installer to join our team laying screed and concrete to domestic and commercial sites across Warwickshire
We are looking for someone who is ready to take responsibility for the quality of our installations and who is keen to play a full part in the business.

Training will be provided but the ideal candidate will have experience in the installation of liquid screed and laying concrete , and a background in construction would be helpful

A good level of fitness is required for this role with some lifting and carrying on site when setting up jobs.

You will report directly to the Directors and will be working in a two man team following a successful training and trial period.

Duties will include:

Taking responsibility for quality and consistency of screed installations
Liaison with customers

Site surveying Floor surveying (using laser levelling and measuring equipment)

Liquid / flowing screed installations

Concrete laying

Driving truck mounted line pump to sites

Manufacture of concrete cube samples for testing

Skills:
- Good people skills to liaise with customers on site
- Ability to use a laser level to accurately measure jobs
- Basic mechanical knowledge to carry out routine maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: dependant on experience, minimum of 15 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
