Screed & Technical Sales Manager

to lead specialist sales across the London & Southeast region. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that blends technical expertise with strategic sales leadership.


You'll be at the forefront of promoting advanced concrete products--such as Topflow and CEVO--while working closely with multiple internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service and product excellence. Main responsibilities:




In the role of

Screed & Technical Sales Manager

, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and meeting targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying and developing new business opportunities.



Key responsibilities of this role include;

Lead Regional Sales Efforts:

Drive all sales activities for screed and technical concrete products--including Topflow and CEVO--across the London & Southeast region

Manage Specialist Client Accounts:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients requiring bespoke concrete solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention

Collaborate Across Teams:

Partner with Operations, Technical, Logistics, and Specialist Suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery

Conduct On-Site Engagements:

Visit client sites to assess needs, present tailored solutions, and offer expert technical support

Grow the Business:

Identify and pursue new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals

Deliver Product Expertise:

Provide compelling presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and applications of specialist concrete products

Negotiate Commercial Agreements:

Secure profitable contracts by negotiating pricing and terms in line with business objectives

Stay Ahead of Market Trends:

Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy

Report & Forecast:

Produce accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to support strategic planning

Achieve Sales Goals:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

The ideal candidate:




We're looking for a confident and knowledgeable professional with a strong technical background and proven sales experience in the construction materials industry. You'll be comfortable working across multiple teams, engaging with clients, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.



You will ideally bring:

A bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or construction-related discipline (a business or sales qualification is also beneficial) Experience in technical sales, preferably within the construction materials or concrete solutions sector A proven ability to manage client relationships, deliver technical presentations, and negotiate commercial contracts A collaborative approach, with experience working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and technical teams Familiarity with specialist concrete products such as screed, Topflow, CEVO, or similar technical solutions
