Vetting new candidates in accordance with the BS7858:2019 standard
Tracking progress of candidates through each stage of the vetting process
Conducting weekly SIA badge checks via the SIA website and watchlist
Monitoring residency permits, including expiry dates and conditions
Strictly adhering to vetting timelines and flagging any delays or concerns
Communicating any SIA badge issues or upcoming expiries
Document and File Management
Organising staff files and ensuring they are saved and filed correctly on C247
Organising client files and saving them in the correct shared folders
Preparing sites on C247 and ensuring all details are accurate and up to date (When applicable)
Communication and Coordination
Liaising with all departments on the status of staff files and vetting progress. Including visas and badge statuses
Managing the shared Screening Email inbox, ensuring timely responses, Recommended actions and delegating emails as required
Taking minutes in staff meetings, preparing compliance reports where necessary, and saving them to Google Drive
Prioritising contact with applicants in high-demand areas and vetting status
General Administration and Support
Keeping staff spreadsheets and information regularly updated
Supporting wider team admin duties where necessary
