Job Description

We are hiring for

Scrum Master (Banking - ATM Cards OR Payments or SWIFT)

Location : Knutsford 2-3 days per week Office

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. Relevant experience in the banking domain, specifically with ATM Cards, Payments, or SWIFT. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to coach and mentor a team without direct authority. Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Key Skills : Scrum master / CSM / PSM / Agile methodologies / banking domain, specifically with ATM Cards, Payments, or SWIFT.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 49.00-50.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
