We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team. The project is challenging and multifaceted, with cross-functional teams working together to develop sophisticated engineering solutions. It is designed to challenge and stretch Agile delivery practices, requiring close coordination, adaptability, and a focus on delivering measurable value.


As a Scrum Master, you'll support the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across teams, ensuring successful project outcomes, fostering high-performance delivery, and promoting continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

Your main responsibilities will be:



Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure they are effective, focused, and outcome-driven. Support Agile transformation initiatives, including the adoption of frameworks such as SAFe or other Agile at Scale methodologies. Work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and enterprise stakeholders to manage priorities, remove blockers, and ensure focus on delivering business value. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across all teams and delivery layers. I

dentify delivery risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues

as needed to ensure high-quality outcomes. Support technical teams with domain-specific challenges, particularly in

powertrain, battery charging, or automotive software development.

Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing ways to optimize processes, team efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications

Experience, skills and qualifications required:



Prior experience as a

Scrum Master

or

Agile Coach

in a complex technical domain, ideally within the

automotive engineering

sector. Strong understanding and

practical application of Agile principles

and delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Experienced in

enterprise stakeholder management

, particularly in matrixed environments. Skilled in using

Jira and Confluence

to manage team delivery and reporting. Knowledge of

Agile metrics, tooling configurations, or SAFe certification

. Comfortable working in high-velocity teams and fast-paced project timelines. Meticulously organised with a delivery-focused mindset.
