About the role



We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of digital projects and help teams work effectively within agile and hybrid environments. You'll act as a servant leader - facilitating collaboration, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery teams can focus on achieving outcomes that align with organisational goals.



Working closely with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and multidisciplinary teams, you'll help embed agile principles, support continuous improvement, and ensure that the delivery process runs smoothly from discovery through to live service.

Responsibilities



Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring teams stay focused on goals and delivery outcomes. Remove blockers and manage dependencies to help teams maintain steady progress. Support the Product Manager and Delivery Manager in prioritising and managing the backlog. Promote agile best practices and help teams continuously improve processes and collaboration. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication across teams and stakeholders. Monitor delivery progress and provide accurate reporting on sprint outcomes, risks, and dependencies. Coach team members on agile methodologies and support the adoption of agile values across the organisation. Ensure delivery aligns with organisational objectives, quality standards, and user needs. Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and cross-team sessions to build understanding and alignment. About You

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead within digital, data, or technology programmes. Strong understanding of agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and delivery lifecycle management. Skilled at facilitating meetings and workshops, with a collaborative and proactive approach. Excellent communicator, able to manage stakeholders and influence at all levels. Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams in agile or hybrid delivery environments. Ability to identify and remove delivery obstacles while maintaining team morale and momentum. A continuous improvement mindset with experience using metrics and feedback to enhance performance. Familiarity with public sector or large-scale transformation projects is desirable but not essential.
