THE TEAM
Our Tech team is a 60+ strong team of curious minds, building the digital experiences that power KFC - from app to kiosk, delivery to checkout. We work cross-functionally, move fast, and stay focused on what matters: creating smart solutions that make things better for our customers and our teams.
What will you spend your time doing?
Doing everything possible to ensure we are delighting our customers and delivering amazing digital experiences, being customer centric at your core.
Guiding and growing Value Streams along with the organisation on aligning to value with a view of how to mobilise via agile methodologies.
Coaching Value Streams to own the product, with a view of driving quality through practice.
Guiding Value Chains and value streams to create and enable flow with the removal of friction felt and seen within the flow of and delivering value to our customers.
Sensing the needs of the Value Stream to inform a cadence of coaching to foster greater alignment, development of relationships to support growth and performance of teams.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Improving transparency and radiating information to greater communication and collaboration within the business.
Supporting and educating the Value Stream Leadership, on the roles, interaction, and support of value creation within the team and within the business.
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
Supporting and coaching value streams in working beyond short-term horizons and elaborating just in time.
Actively supporting and driving strategies of the Agile Chapter whilst evolving, and standardising practices with other Scrum Masters / Value Stream Coaches.
What we love from you:
Experience in playing a Scrum Master / Agile role for at least 5 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum / Lean principles & practices.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment.
Knowledge of various techniques and patterns for driving intentional change and growth of teams.
Leveraging data to reflect insight with teams enabling greater performance and resilience.
Knowledge of: Flow, Lean, XP, Kanban.
Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, BDD, ADD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Previous experience as a team lead.
Hold certifications such as, A-CSM, PSK I or PSM II/I
