We're looking for experienced Scrum Masters with a technical background and capabilities primarily in the Salesforce stack to join us on our digital and product transformation, supporting multiple agile, cross-functional teams to deliver products and services that add value for our customers in a fast, repeatable and scalable way.



At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:

Facilitating key meetings and conversations necessary to achieve efficient and effective delivery Setting up key KPIs and be data driven for continuous improvement of the delivery teams Working closely with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to encourage them to adopt and maintain an agile mindset Training, mentoring and supporting development teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices and coaching the delivery teams to higher Agile maturity levels Creating an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts Championing continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coaching teams to conduct continuous inspection and adaption Driving engagement and empowerment, creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives Working closely with Digital on the agile strategy and promote best practices throughout Digital and Data, becoming a positive disruptor where needed

What you'll bring:

Professional Scrum Master L1 or equivalent Extensive experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team that followed Agile principles, practices and theory Strong background in development, Salesforce experience desirable Proven track record of successfully coaching team members and key stakeholders Experience building genuinely Agile teams in a large-scale enterprise DevSecOps methodologies Strong collaboration and organisational skills Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, or LeSS is desirable
