Due to an exciting period of growth, Ligentia is looking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager to join our Business Technology function in the UK. You'll play a crucial role in iterating on our delivery processes and enhancing our Delivery Management function to support our Software Development teams.



As a servant leader, you'll work closely with our development teams within a Scrum-based framework, focusing on the overall delivery process and collaborating with other leaders across the company. Your experience in coaching development teams to higher levels of Agile maturity will be a significant asset.


Your Role:




Facilitating all standard Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and other necessary meetings. Collaborating with other Delivery Managers to effectively manage cross-team dependencies. Working closely with Project Managers to ensure delivery plans align with programme and portfolio priorities, ultimately driving customer satisfaction. Driving our development teams towards higher levels of Scrum and Agile maturity. Leading and coaching development teams to become self-organising. Facilitating the removal of impediments and resolving conflicts and issues. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Tech Team's Ways of Working. Collaborating with the Delivery Management team to continuously enhance our Delivery Framework.

What You'll Need:




Essential


Hands-on experience working within a Scrum framework. A strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices. Proven ability to analyse situations quickly and effectively resolve conflict. Knowledge of techniques to address gaps in Scrum and Kanban. Demonstrated ability to work with and lead a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. Adaptability to a changing environment and a proactive approach. Strong self-motivation and the ability to maintain focus in a dynamic setting.

Desirable


Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM). Experience with Kanban and other Agile frameworks. Experience with Azure DevOps.
