Cleaning Supervisor

to lead a small team at a school site in Moreton-in-Marsh.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous cleaning experience who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory role, or for an experienced supervisor looking for a stable part-time position during term time.

What We Provide

14.50 per hour (paid monthly) Full training and support Company uniform All cleaning equipment and supplies Support with DBS application, if not already held
A valid DBS certificate is required for this role. We can assist suitable candidates in obtaining one.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising and supporting a small cleaning team Ensuring cleaning standards are met and maintained Performing regular cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces Emptying bins and replenishing consumables (toilet paper, hand soap, bin liners, etc.) Reporting any issues or supply needs to management Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
What We're Looking For

Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience preferred) but not essential. Reliable, hardworking, and highly conscientious Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Positive attitude and good communication skills Ability to work independently and lead a small team Basic understanding of English Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to provide valid ID
