We are looking for a highly motivated Sea Logistics Accrual Data Integrity Specialist to join us in Birmingham-Aston. The Sea Logistics Accrual Data Integrity Specialist plays a vital role within the National Sea Logistics Pricing Team. They are responsible for ensuring that local carrier buy rates are accurately filed and consistently maintained across operational systems. This accuracy strengthens cost accruals, improves operational efficiency, and supports greater automation in customer quotations.
How you create impact

• Maintain precise and timely submissions of carrier rate filings
• Maintain and update all relevant local charges, ensuring a comprehensive record of historical adjustments is preserved to aid in resolving disputes.
• Lead discussions, oversee contract coverage requirements, track and communicate changes, ensure ongoing visibility of key information, and serve as a primary support contact.
• Investigate errors and provide recommendations for corrective action.
• Act as the main point of contact for carrier inquiries regarding local charges, free-time allowances and contractual matters
• Maintain and update internal quote-generation tools to ensure accurate market alignment and correct surcharge and contract application.
