We are looking for a highly motivated Sea Logistics Telesles to join us in Birmingham-Aston. You will be responsible for customer retention, customer development and acquisition of new customers across defined business fields / transport modes. Furthermore, you will ensure communication and interaction between the customer and the relevant departments of the organisation, promoting products and customer care.
How you create impact

• To generate new Export business opportunities with a clear focus on the export SME sector.
• Execute cold calls to potential customers from your target customer list to acquire new business as well as onboarding calls with new customers regarding fulfilment of volume and quality agreements
• To manage the on-boarding process in alignment with the Sales and Customer Care Manager(FS-C)
• To take pricing decision in alignment with Trade
• Create, send and follow-up on proposals and presentations to customers
• To prepare quotations using our online tools and submit our proposal to the customers
• To conduct presentations about our main Sea Logistics products
• Analyse customers' needs and potential and conclude necessary steps and actions to gain business growth

What we would like you to bring

• Strong communication skills and proven record of sales success
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer retention / customer care
• Advanced experience as EDI and software user (e.g.MS Office, CRM System)
• Experience of developing sales leads
• Strong ability to convince and communicate
