What role will you perform?



Working under the direction of the Head of Growth Marketing, you will plan, execute and report on SEO and content marketing strategies. You'll play a key role in driving organic growth by combining technical SEO expertise with high-quality content creation. Alongside liaising with clients and collaborating with the wider team, your responsibilities will include:

Search Engine Optimisation



Developing, executing and reporting on SEO audits and long-term strategies Conducting thorough keyword research to identify high potential search terms that align with business goals and target audience needs Analysing website performance using Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and Screaming Frog to identify opportunities for optimisation Managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously and ensuring that client goals are met efficiently and effectively, maintaining timelines and deliverables Learning and adapting to new SEO and AIO trends, algorithm updates and best practices to maintain and improve search rankings and performance

AI Optimisation (AIO)



Researching and testing strategies to improve brand visibility within AI-powered search experiences Structuring content so it is easily understood, cited or surfaced by AI Overviews and conversational AI tools Monitoring performance of content in both organic search and AI-driven discovery, adapting strategies accordingly

Content Marketing



Writing and optimising content for landing pages, blogs and other digital channels to improve rankings and engage target audiences Ensuring content is structured, clear and authoritative to perform well in AI Overviews and AI chatbots Creating content strategies that support brand visibility across both traditional search results and conversational AI platforms Collaborating with designers, developers and clients to make sure content is compelling, SEO-friendly, and conversion-focused Proofreading and copyediting content provided to you by other team members or clients

Some experience, qualities and skills you will have:



Two years' experience in search marketing (preferred) Strong SEO expertise with proven success in driving organic growth Experience using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and Search Console (and Bing alternatives) Excellent copywriting and editing skills and the ability to write content that ranks, converts and resonates Awareness of popular social media platforms, publishing to them, reporting and understanding how they impact website performance Awareness of AIO (AI Overviews / chatbot optimisation) and enthusiasm for experimenting with this emerging field Highly proficient in English with jargon-free communication skills A collaborative, proactive and friendly personality Ideally fun hobbies and passions outside of work too

Some experience, qualities and skills which would help your application:



Experience using reporting software, like Swydo and Ahrefs Experience in the use of content management systems like WordPress or Shopify An understanding of marketing fundamentals Any additional skills in Adobe CC suite, photography or web design and development

Pay: 27,000.00-31,000.00 per year
