About the Role





We are seeking to appoint to the role of

Search Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover - 12 months)

.



As an integral member of the Digital Marketing team, this role will support the development, implementation and optimisation of the Search Marketing channel strategies, aligned to key business objectives.



The role will specifically focus on:

Driving sales, revenue and lead generation through a number of digital marketing channels

, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay-per-Click (PPC), Paid Shopping Ads and Paid Social

Developing and guiding YPO's digital marketing channel strategies with data and insight

, supported by the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager and agency partners

Embedding and growing YPO's Paid Social channel program internally,

identifying and managing any associated risk

Managing and nurturing third party agency partnerships

to grow and optimise channel performance and delivery (to agreed budgets)

Providing ideas and delivering best-in-class content and user experience

tailored to relevant audiences and target groups we want to engage with

You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing Digital Marketing team with opportunities to work across a number of exciting initiatives and projects that will deliver impact and value to the business.

About You





We are seeking a confident digital marketing professional with demonstrable working experience and knowledge of using organic and paid channels to deliver growth, ideally within B2C and B2B environments.



The successful candidate will be confident in managing the delivery of digital marketing campaigns from creation through to reporting. The role will also support content development and merchandising across the YPO website, and associated domains.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing SEO, Pay-per-Click (PPC), Paid Social channels, including shopping feeds and display ads Experience managing budgets, including forecasting and reporting on agreed KPIs Strong understanding and practical experience using CRM and CMS tools First-class writing, editing and proof-reading skills, and ability to make complex information engaging and accessible to multiple audiences Strong research and analytical skills to ensure digital marketing activity, content and campaigns are relevant, measurable and communicated with actionable insights
