Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest services by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their needs. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Prepare drinks items in accordance with food safety standards and company guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service delivery. Handle basic math tasks related to order processing and transactions.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential. Experience in food preparation or culinary roles would be advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills, particularly in guest interactions. A background in serving experience will be beneficial. Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
