Kitchen Assistant / Cook - Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and presenting food to consistent quality, portion, and timing standards
Assisting chefs with food prep and cooking tasks
Keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and hygienic (from equipment to utensils)
Monitoring stock, minimising waste, and handling deliveries efficiently
Carrying out temperature checks and food safety procedures
Building great relationships with your colleagues to keep things running seamlessly
KITCHEN PORTERS
It's all go in our kitchens, and you'll help keep things sparkling and safe. You'll be a hero behind the scenes - keeping the dishes clean and the team smiling. Our pot washes never stop, like BIG challenges and keeping busy? This is the role that never stops, but the festive tunes and cheer keep us going!
Kitchen Porter - Key Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities are:
To ensure the kitchen environment is kept up to the highest cleaning standards.
Collecting and washing up pots and pans.
Cleaning crockery, cutlery and ensuring food preparation sites are clean and tidy.
Unloading equipment and food from deliveries.
Ensuring the kitchen area is organised and tidy.
Making sure work surfaces and floors are always clean and free from food and debris.
To assist the kitchen staff with various duties.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
