Christmas Sales Assistants to join our team at one of the UK's most magical festive destinations:

The Blenheim Palace Christmas Market!

Our cookies are legendary - freshly baked, award-winning, allergy-friendly (yes, gluten, dairy, chocolate, soya and nut-free options too!) and made from only the finest ingredients. We're the go-to chalet for indulgent treats, and we need amazing people to help keep the cookie magic flowing!

Shift Patterns:

The market runs

7 days a week

, and trade hours are typically

10:30am to 8:30pm

. You'll be working in either full-day or split shifts, depending on your availability.

Typical Shift Options:

Morning:

9:30am - 3:00pm

Afternoon:

3:00pm - 8:30/9pm

Full Day:

9:30am - 8:30/9pm

Saturday Shifts:

9:30am - 4:00pm or 2:00pm - 8:30pm or 9:30am - 8:30pm
We'll create a rota based on your preferences and availability, but we do ask for

some flexibility

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who's:

Energetic, friendly, and confident talking to customers

Organised and self-motivated

- you'll often be running the chalet

solo

Happy working outside in chilly weather (don't worry, we've got the gear!) Reliable and physically able to handle moderate lifting (boxes of cookies!) Excited to help us maintain our

5-star service rating

Bonus if you have:

Experience in food service, hospitality, or sales Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (but not essential - full training is provided)
Your Responsibilities:

Set up the cookie display each morning and pack down at the end of the day Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile Handle card/cash payments using a simple app on your smartphone Keep everything clean, safe, and well-stocked Represent our brand with pride and help spread cookie joy!
