What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with food preparation and service across hot and cold sections, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Helping the kitchen team with daily tasks, including prepping ingredients, delivering service, and maintaining cleanliness. Supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team with stock control, food deliveries, and storage. Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen, from assisting with washing up to ensuring hygiene standards are upheld. Learning valuable culinary skills, techniques, and teamwork in a professional kitchen environment.
