Full Time Seasonal Host. 35hrs per week
Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and experiences?
We are looking for a Seasonal Host for our successful and award winning Redbrick Mill showroom. As a retail host you will work along side our team of Interior Design Consultants assisting during peak trading times to ensure our guests enjoy an amazing experience with our brand. You will be the first person many clients will meet so the ability to work with energy and enthusiasm and engage with our customers is important. You will learn about and demonstrate our products and introduce our clients to our Interior Designers and our unique design service. This is a temporary Seasonal role running through to mid January.
THE PROFILE
Customer service driven is a must Ideal candidates will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations in areas of customer service and hospitality They will be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales and customer experience through strong customer relationships Experience in interior design and/ or customer facing roles is an advantage, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude
