We are currently looking for experienced, dynamic & driven Floor Staff to join our venues! If you are confident, proactive and passionate about hospitality, people and creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment You have a solid understanding of the industry and stay up to date with current trends and best practices. You bring energy, positivity and a sense of fun to the workplace, making both your team and customers feel welcome and valued.

Key responsibilities

Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival. Guide guests to their private karaoke rooms and familiarise them with the system and the venue layout. Assist the bar team by efficiently and accurately delivering drink orders to the rooms. Preparing pizzas and nibbles and serving to customers with a clear understanding of each dish. Maintain a visible and friendly presence on the floor to anticipate guest needs and promptly respond to requests. Handle minor guest queries or issues with a positive and problem-solving attitude, escalating more complex matters to management.
