We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and energetic server to join our front of house team for the season. In this role, you will interact directly with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a high standard of service. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and promptly as they arrive Take food and drink orders and accurately enter them into the POS system Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience Handle payment transactions and process bills accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Assist with setting up and breaking down dining spaces as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organization Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays A positive attitude and a team-player mentality Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays of food and beverages
