Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding hospitality while assisting with various front-of-house duties.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating strong upselling skills to enhance the guest experience. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete customer satisfaction. Support team members during busy periods by helping with various tasks as needed.

Skills

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with food safety regulations to ensure compliance during food handling and service. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous. A genuine passion for guest services, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being proactive in assisting guests.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to 14.00 per hour
