We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times. Change bed linens, replenish towels, and ensure all amenities are stocked and presented to the highest standard. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as required. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the establishment. Follow health and safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From 12.55 per hour
