We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook neopolitan style pizzas from scratch. Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene practices Assist in menu planning and develop new culinary ideas to enhance our offerings Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimise waste Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods Serve dishes promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service when required Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Experience in meal preparation, plating, and presentation techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Previous experience in serving customers or front-of-house duties is advantageous but not essential Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not mandatory
