Seasonal Production Assistants / Operatives

who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our growing success. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the cosmetics production industry -- with

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the production of natural cosmetic and grooming products. Mix raw materials accurately according to production formulas and instructions. Fill bottles, jars, and containers manually and using semi-automated machines. Label, batch-code, and package finished goods for dispatch. Assemble and prepare products according to daily production schedules. Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality. Perform regular quality control checks on finished goods. Safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg). Store raw materials and finished goods properly in the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Support packaging and shipping departments when needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse work preferred (training provided). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of work. Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
