Herbert Gould Home are looking for a part time seasonal Retail Assistant to join our team, with flexibilty to work weekends and cover staff holidays as required. Previous experience in a similar retail environment/visual merchandising and a passion for interiors would be an advantage.

Part-Time Sales Assistant - Seasonal Role

Location: Herbert Gould (lisburn road)

Hours: Part-time, seasonal (must be available Saturdays)

We're seeking someone with excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for presentation, and a flexible approach to work. You'll be part of a small, supportive team helping customers find beautiful pieces for their homes and gifts for the season.

A warm, approachable manner with customers Reliability and flexibility to work across varying shifts (Saturdays essential) Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining the shop's appearance Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential An interest in interiors and design is a plus
Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, including pricing,restocking shelves and arranging merchandise. Operate till and handle customer transactions accurately. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking merchandise. Supporting colleagues and working together as a team in a friendly and professional manner to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
