We are recruiting

Retail Supervisor

to join our Station Shop team at

Llanberis Station

for the 2026 season.

About the Role:

Help manage the day-to-day running of the shop Supervise, support, and motivate the retail team during shifts Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service Open and close the shop and act as duty supervisor when required Operate tills, handle cash, and follow cash handling procedures Replenish stock, check deliveries, and help maintain stock levels Make sure the shop is clean, tidy, and well presented at all times Deal with customer questions, issues, and complaints in a professional way Help train and support new and existing team members Ensure company procedures, health & safety, and security rules are followed

About You:

Previous retail experience (

essential

) Supervisory or team leader experience (

preferred

) Friendly, confident, and reliable Well organised and able to lead by example Flexible and able to work

weekends and bank holidays

Seasonal full-time position available Weekend & Bank Holiday Availability Railway reopens:

Pay: 13.09 per hour
