About Us:

The Pebbles Cafe is a friendly, fast-paced seasonal cafe located right on Newgale Beach, offering breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks to locals and visitors alike. With a laid-back surf-side vibe and stunning sea views from the counter, we pride ourselves on great service, fresh food, and a tight-knit team.

We're Hiring:

We're looking for

motivated and reliable team members

to join us in

front-of-house

and

kitchen roles

for the summer season. Whether you've worked in a cafe or takeaway before or just have a strong work ethic and love the beach atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you!

Roles Available:

Kitchen Staff (Must be 18+):

Prepare and cook meals including hot food, paninis, baguettes, snacks, and chips Maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times Follow food hygiene and allergen protocols Work quickly and calmly during busy periods Previous kitchen experience preferred (cafe, takeaway, grill, or fast food)

Front of House:

Take customer orders and serve food/drinks with a smile Operate the till and handle cash/card payments Keep the cafe floor tidy and clean Restock drinks and display items throughout the day Help create a friendly, welcoming environment

Requirements:

Must be 18+

for kitchen roles (due to use of fryers and grills) Positive attitude, team player, and good under pressure Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus - but not essential!

Expected hours: 15 - 48 per week
