Responsibilities

TOP PRIORITY:

Selling and upselling products and delivering outstanding customer services doing so.

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed correctly. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and conducting inventory checks. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote store promotions. Stay informed about product knowledge to provide customers with accurate information

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Good organisational skills with attention to detail to maintain store standards. Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and cash management. Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
