Seasonal Sales Assistant - Edinburgh (Full-Time)
We're looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh during our busiest period of the year. In this role, you'll work face-to-face with clients from a variety of sectors, helping them find the right products, answering questions, and creating a positive, welcoming experience at every interaction.
If you enjoy meeting new people, staying active throughout the day, and making each customer feel valued, this seasonal position could be a great fit. You'll play an important part in maintaining high service standards, supporting day-to-day sales activity, and ensuring our customers are happy!
Your Main Responsibilities
Greet clients and customers warmly, offering friendly, helpful support Process transactions quickly and accurately Work with the team to meet daily sales targets and seasonal goals Handle enquiries and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude Follow all company procedures, including safety and operational standards
What We're Looking For
Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people face-to-face A friendly, confident, and approachable attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic Willingness to learn -- full training is provided Experience in customer service or retail is a bonus, but not required
