Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist with enquiries, creating a friendly and festive atmosphere.
Maintain an attractive and organised stall display, showcasing leather goods effectively.
Assist with stock management, including restocking and arranging products.
Engage with customers to explain product features, offer recommendations, and enhance their shopping experience.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock counts.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
Retail or merchandising experience is an advantage.
Interest or knowledge in leather goods is beneficial.
Good time management and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
