At Starlight Cornwall we are looking for enthusiastic, pro-active people to join us over the festive period. You will be working at our Christmas market stall selling beautiful fair-trade, handmade, star lights.
This is a temporary position from the 15th November to the 4th January. We are looking for part time and full time to be covered 7 days a week, so if you have the knack for selling and love chatting with customers, we can't wait to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Delivering an exceptional and personalised level of customer service
Answering customer's queries
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Handling cash and card payments
Keeping the display and stall organised and clean
Assisting in all other duties as and when required
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment
About You:
Excellent customer service skills, previous experience is a plus
Great communication and relationship building skills
Organised
Enthusiastic
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Happy to work in a small team or on your own
Happy to work daytime/evening and weekends, depending on shifts and staff
Happy to work outside (you will be inside a hut, but it doesn't keep the cold out!)

shifts are mainly 12 hours long, 10am-10pm but we're open to splitting days.

The job is self employed and we will require an invoice every 2 weeks for your hours.
Self employed and writing invoices is very simple and we will help you every step of the way!
Any earnings under 1000 does not need to be self employed registered :)
