The role



Seasonal Stock Assistants work at the forefront of our business & ensure our products are fresh, and that we are maintaining our visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.

Working in a fast paced environment where you are required to stand, walk and move around for the majority of your shift with repetative movements such as lifting and reaching overhead.



We need you to be passionate, motivated and enthusiastic about showcasing our beautiful products. You need to be an excellent team player who is ready to hit the ground running to ensure our stock levels are maintained during our busiest time of the year.



You'll support with processing deliveries, and keeping an eye on stock rotation so reduce waste management. With in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you will be a Lush Ambassador representing our ethics and values to our customers, and play a crucial part in esnuring the ultimate experience for our guests, and offering the best customer service on the high street, at our busiest time of the year.

Key Responsibilities





The candidate must be comfortable performing tasks that involve heavy lifting, carrying stock across the store and up and down stairs/ ladders. With the ability to handle physical work for most of your shift



Additional duties include:Maintaining shop floor stock levels during our busiest time of the year. Maintaining visual merchandising and cleanliness standards. Processing deliveries. Adherence to our freshness policy and stock rotation. Waste management. Stocktakes. Maintaining high levels of organisation in the stockroom and back of house areas.
Customers are at the heart of what we do, therefore assisting customers is still part of the stock role.

Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide relevant product information.

Skill in identifying and resolving any stock issues, finding appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
