Seasonal Warehouse Operative
Job Description
We are seeking Warehouse Operatives to work within our busy warehouse in Broxburn,
West Lothian.
We are looking for highly focused and dedicated candidates who are comfortable with
working in a fast-paced environment. As a member of the warehouse team, you'll be a vital part of every parcel's journey, working in all parts of the warehouse, scanning, sorting,
picking, packing, and loading all sorts of parcels. Our dedicated team take pride in a job
well done that keeps customers smiling.
Main responsibilities of Warehouse Operative:
- Working with and handling of stock within a large warehouse
- Picking and packing goods
- Loading goods onto pallets and cages
- Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles
- Other general Warehouse Operative duties as required
You'll need to be able to communicate with people from all walks of life and have the keen
eye for detail that's needed to thrive in a well-organised, structured environment.
As there's a physical element to this warehouse distribution role too, you'll need to be
comfortable loading trailers and lifting and carrying.
RATE OF PAY IS MINIMUM WAGE FOR YOUR AGE BRACKET FOR THE 1st 12 WEEKS THEN LIVING WAGE
SHIFT PATTERNS VARY. WE ARE OPEN 6AM TO 6PM MONDAY TO SATURDAY AND 4 SUNDAYS IN DECEMBER.
