Mindful Living Co is looking for a Retail Manager to work with us on our seasonal pop-up kiosk in York Designer Outlet From 20th October to 4th January 2025.

We are seeking a competent Manger with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our team as Seasonal Store Manager for our Mindful Living pop up retail stand in York Designer Outlet during the upcoming Christmas campaign from 20th October to 4th January 2026.

Our carefully curated selection includes crystals, jewellery, lamps, aromatherapy, and more. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team over the christmas trading period.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in retail management essential. - Demonstrated competence in delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for shoppers. - A knack for sales and the ability to proactively engage customers. - Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively. - Quick problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude in challenging situations. - Flexibility to work during the specified seasonal period, including weekends and holidays. Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Provide product knowledge and information to customers, helping them make informed choices. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the kiosk to ensure an inviting shopping environment. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Assist in restocking and organizing products to ensure they are well presented. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations. Continuously educate yourself on our product offerings and their benefits. Assist in inventory management and replenishment as needed. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and effectively. Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and achieve kiosk goals
The kiosk will be open in line with the centres opening hours which will include weekends and evenings.
