About the Role - A New Challenge for a New Season

As a Community Carer, you'll deliver person-centred care in people's homes, supporting with daily tasks, companionship, and wellbeing. With calls typically running between 7am and 10pm, we offer flexible shifts to suit your schedule--including alternate weekends.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting with personal care, medication, meals, and mobility Providing companionship and emotional support Promoting independence and dignity in every visit Keeping accurate records of care delivered Travelling between appointments (driving required)
What We're Looking For

A caring, compassionate nature Flexibility to work shifts between 7am-10pm (including alternate weekends) Excellent communication and reliability Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential--full training provided A valid driving licence and access to a reliable car Health & Social Care qualifications (e.g. NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or 3) are desirable, or a willingness to work towards them
