We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our supportive and friendly team selling our wide range of new and used vehicles. As a Sales Executive you will play a vital role within the retailer selling new and used vehicles, representing the company in a professional manner and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
As a Sales Executive your key responsibilities will be:
Receiving and processing all incoming sales enquiries
Meeting and greeting all customers
Logging and qualifying all sales enquiries
Making follow up sales calls and arrange appointments
Arranging for correspondence to be sent
Maintaining the sales diary
Presenting and demonstrating our products and services
Appraising and test driving the customer's part exchange vehicle
Carrying out negotiations

About You
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in automotive sales. To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skillset:
Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers.
A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Resilience, determination, and a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Confidence in product knowledge and the ability to advise customers effectively.
