Second Charge Mortgage Case Manager

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Second Charge Mortgage Case Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for managing applications through to completion, liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Management:

Handle the full application process, ensuring smooth progression at each stage.

Client Liaison:

Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and resolving queries.

Document Checking:

Review client documents for accuracy and completeness.

Case Packaging:

Prepare and submit cases to lenders, ensuring all criteria are met.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with internal and external parties to gather required information.

Compliance:

Maintain adherence to FCA regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Case Manager in the second charge mortgage sector. Strong understanding of second charge mortgage products and the associated regulatory environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
