We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food production, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in food preparation and cooking techniques. Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking methods, food safety practices, and kitchen protocols. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. A passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes that delight customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-19.51 per hour
