Job Description
We're a small, family-run business that's been quietly and successfully building beautiful homes in the sky for the past 12 years. Our work focuses entirely on airspace and rooftop developments -- creating high-end penthouse apartments on top of existing mansion and apartment blocks across Central London.
We're now looking for experienced
second-fix carpenters
to join our friendly, hands-on team.Most of the work will involve:
Hanging doors Fitting engineered timber flooring Installing windows Building and fitting staircases Installing kitchens
There may also be some
first-fix work
from time to time -- so a bit of flexibility is ideal.Over time, the role can naturally grow into
running the finishing phase of our projects
-- taking over once plastering is complete and guiding the job right through to completion. Perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility and seeing their craftsmanship finished to the highest standard.We'd love to hear from you if you:
Have strong experience in second-fix carpentry (first-fix welcome too) Take real pride in detail and finish Enjoy working on bespoke residential projects Are positive, reliable and happy to muck in as part of a small team
