We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong ability to communicate effectively. This role requires a commitment to educating students in a supportive and engaging manner, with a focus on fostering their academic growth. Experience in special education is a plus, as we aim to cater to diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and areas for improvement Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence Assist students with homework, projects, and exam preparation Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Qualifications

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to educate students in various subjects, adapting to different learning styles Experience or knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in teaching or tutoring

Pay: 30.00-35.00 per hour
